The photograph shows Torás square, with the stone façade of Santa Quiteria parish church and the town hall beside it; the Ojos Negros Greenway is not visible. This distinction keeps a walk through the village separate from a former railway infrastructure outside the centre.

The square contains two different buildings

Santa Quiteria is a restrained eighteenth-century church, completed by a bell tower with a clock. The present municipal offices stand alongside it. From the square, a walk can continue to Calle Pasillo and its washhouse, Calle del Horno, the former wine press and a ceramic panel associated with a vanished Stations of the Cross.

The Greenway follows a former mining railway

The Ojos Negros route uses the Sierra Menera railway formation between Teruel and the Valencian coast. Its Comunitat Valenciana section covers 75.5 kilometres within a published total of 167.5 and passes through Torás municipality. A practical trip still requires a direction, access point and return plan; difficulty changes with elevation and not every link from the village forms part of the converted track.

The municipality contains other landscape layers

The former station, Camarillas reservoir, farmsteads, ravines and remains of the XYZ Line explain territory beyond the Greenway. Trenches, shelters and excavated galleries are Spanish Civil War heritage, not uniformly prepared visitor facilities. The landscape lies between the Pina, Javalambre and Andilla ranges in the upper Alto Palancia.

This documentary review identifies the scene and separates the routes. It does not verify church opening, urban accessibility, surfaces, tunnels, lighting, works, signs or the condition of defensive remains on site.
