València Informada’s editorial policy is based on a simple principle: publish practical, verifiable and understandable information for people who live, work, study in or visit the Valencian Community.
Selection criteria
We prioritise topics with public value: public services, health, mobility, grants, education, housing, tourism, open data, official notices and administrative updates. We do not aim to cover everything; we organise information that can help readers make decisions or find a reliable source.
Sources and verification
Whenever possible, we link to the official source. Guides and directories explain the context and limitations of the data and advise readers to check requirements, opening times, amounts or deadlines with the competent authority.
Use of automation
Automation helps locate updates, classify information and detect changes. It must not replace editorial judgement: when a page concerns procedures, health, grants or public services, it is reviewed so readers understand what happened, who may be affected and where to verify it.
Summaries derived from public conversations, such as Bluesky, are treated as an aggregated reading of topics rather than a reproduction of individual posts. Insults, sensitive content, personal data, duplicates and messages without a clear connection to Valencia or the Valencian Community are excluded.
Commercial and affiliate content
Commercial or affiliate links are reserved for content where they have a legitimate editorial role, such as buying guides or checklists. They must not be mixed with health pages, public procedures, official bulletins, social-media summaries or sensitive public-service information.

If information is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, request a review by writing to 1938web@gmail.com. Corrections are prioritised when they affect procedures, deadlines, public services or contact details.
