València Informada works primarily with public and official sources. The aim is to explain an update or practical guide in clear language and then let readers open the original source to check the information currently in force.
Sources commonly used
- The Generalitat Valenciana, its departments and dependent public bodies.
- València City Council and other councils in the Valencian Community.
- Electronic offices, official gazettes and transparency portals.
- Public open-data portals and geoportals.
- Public health, emergency, transport, education and mobility services.
How sources are used
We do not reproduce a source as though it were sufficient on its own. We try to explain what it means, who may be affected and which practical steps a reader can take. For open data, we add context about aggregation, limitations, cut-off dates and potentially missing information.
Limitations
Some details change frequently, including opening hours, requirements, telephone numbers, deadlines, amounts, service availability and incidents. Before applying, travelling to an office or making an administrative decision, check the linked official source.
Broken links or outdated information
If you find a link that no longer works or information that has changed, email 1938web@gmail.com. València Informada is not a public authority and does not replace the competent body.
