The photograph shows the small Sant Antoni hermitage built into a street in Mas de Flors. Its brick arch, bell and square name tile can be seen; the Iberian ruins on El Mollet and central Sant Joan de Moró cannot.

Mas de Flors retains a different scale

The provincial record places Mas de Flors about two kilometres from the main settlement and highlights its narrow streets, medieval-rooted layout and old houses. The council guide adds dry-farming scenery with almond, carob and olive trees. The photographed hermitage belongs to this separate settlement.

Tossal del Mollet combines landscape and archaeology

The council guide identifies Tossal del Mollet as a protected municipal landscape, with red rock, Aleppo pine woodland, kermes oak and mastic. The provincial inventory also records Iberian ruins there. They should not be confused with the hermitage or presented as visible in this photograph.

The present municipality separated from Vilafamés in 1990

Castellón’s tourism authority dates Sant Joan de Moró’s separation from Vilafamés to 1990. In the main settlement it proposes the church square, town hall and Font de la Figuera; these are distinct stops from Mas de Flors and El Mollet’s natural setting.

This documentary edit distinguishes the photographed hermitage, Mas de Flors, El Mollet and the main settlement. It does not verify the church, worship, homes, archaeological remains, paths, vegetation, signs, hours, parking or accessibility on site.
