Six months on the local register is required

Every applicant needs legal residence in Spain and six months of prior registration in València. Similar pensions awarded abroad do not qualify.

The district board issues the card

Applications go through the relevant district board with identity and, where applicable, a current pension or disability certificate.

A replacement costs €5

Lost, stolen or damaged cards are replaced at Calle Mendoza 5. The remaining annual pass is restored without charging it again.

Fraud, non-payment or loss of eligibility can cancel the pass. Update when 2027 rules and prices are approved.
