The directory contains 685 registers of libraries, agencies of reading and other documentary services in 388 municipalities: 376 in Valencia, 190 in Alicante and 119 in Castellón. The total published corresponds to rows or elements of the group, according to the unit indicated.
How use the data
The municipal identity combines province and municipal code not to merge codes repeated. The total includes 633 public equipments and 52 private; no all loan the same service.
Before comparing territories or dates it is necessary to check that the field, the unit and the period are equivalent. An administrative identifier serves to locate an index card, never to build a sum.
Limitations and update
The file corresponds to 2020. Schedules, titularity, name and continuity have to check in the responsible organism.
