What has happened: European Project of innovation in front of climatic emergencies The European project SHIELD has a global budget of 3,4 million euros and is oriented to reinforce the preparation of the municipalities in front of climatic emergencies increasingly frequent and of greater intensity. Of the global budget, more than 300.000 euros will allocate directly to performances in the Comunitat Valencian, between them the training of local entities, the divulging of the model and the implantation of the pilot case in Orihuela.
