How to book Castelló’s Skybus on-demand bus

The service builds journeys around bookings to connect lower-density areas; requests are made online, in the app or by phone and produce a booking code.

Castelló’s on-demand bus does not operate like a conventional route following the same timetable all day. Skybus organises journeys around passenger bookings, particularly for lower-density areas.

The council lists two on-demand lines. Users register at `castello.skybus.net` or in the mobile app. The North Group service also accepts telephone bookings on 669 186 268.

A booking sets the stop, date and time

Passengers choose origin and destination stops, date and collection time. The map finds a nearby stop from an address and provides photographs to help identify it.

Confirmation includes a locator code and email. A reminder arrives twenty minutes before departure. Passengers should reach the stop five minutes early, or ten on their first journey.

When the vehicle approaches, raise an arm and show the locator from the app or email. The service links authorised stops rather than collecting from any address.

North Group information includes the city centre, General Hospital, Borriol Costa, Penyeta Roja and Tossal Gros. Routes and times may adapt to demand, so the booking planner is the current reference.
