What this page shows
This page summarizes the dataset, shows aggregated indicators and makes municipal comparison easier without publishing excessively granular information.
Processed data on DANA-related public contracts with municipal rankings, charts and official sources. It is presented from a citizen-focused perspective: to understand concentrations, compare municipalities and find the relevant source or section before making decisions.
Main chart
Analysis
The time series helps identify whether the trend is growing, stabilising or concentrated in specific years.
Source and processing
- List of contracts registered in the Generalitat Valenciana Official Contracts Register related to the DANA from 29 October 2024 — CSV resource discovered through CKAN
Methodology and limits
- Source: open data and public pages from the Generalitat Valenciana processed for citizen consultation.
- Processing: municipality normalisation, record aggregation, ranking and chart generation.
- Updated: import reviewed on 17/05/2026.
- Limitations: The data is shown in aggregate form and may depend on the extraction date, municipality-name normalisation and the fields available in the original source.
How to read this information
This page turns an official dataset into aggregate indicators. Before comparing values, check the import date, counting unit, available fields and whether rows may be repeated by lot, academic year or category.
Public value
It helps readers find the source, understand the indicator and decide whether to continue on the official portal. It is useful for identifying concentrations and preparing questions, but does not replace files, registers or procedures.
How to interpret contract amounts
The CSV contains several financial fields—award value with and without VAT, tender value, lot values and final value—which must not be added together. The same procurement file may appear in several rows or lots. This page therefore does not publish a single total without first defining the field, extraction date and deduplication method.
The 823 rows shown correspond to the import reviewed on 17 May 2026; the official resource is dynamic and may contain more records when checked later.
Limitations and verification
- Data may change after the extraction date.
- A record count does not necessarily equal people, places or unique contracts.
- Municipality names have been normalised to group variants.
- The official source prevails for any administrative decision.
Practical example
When comparing municipalities, record the date, value, unit and source. Do not claim causation merely because an area ranks higher; population, dataset coverage and registration criteria also affect the result.
