What you can report
- Incorrect or outdated information.
- Broken official links.
- Dates, amounts, addresses or telephone numbers that do not match the competent source.
- Classification, language, accessibility or readability errors.
- Content that could create confusion about the site’s non-official status.
How to request a correction
Write to 1938web@gmail.com and include the affected URL, the information that should be reviewed and, if available, the updated official source.
How corrections are reviewed
When we receive a report, we check the page, compare it with the source and apply a correction where appropriate. Reports involving health, procedures, grants, emergencies or public services are prioritised because of their practical impact.
Visible updates
We aim to display a clear update date on guides and public-service pages. If a correction materially changes the meaning of the information, we also revise the surrounding text to prevent internal contradictions.
