What happened: An official update published on 27 July lifted the evacuation of the Toledo, Carbonaire, Sant Antoni and Sant Josep neighbourhoods and allowed 6,000 people to return home. They were required to remain indoors until at least 8:00 am on 28 July, when the measure was due to be reviewed if conditions remained unchanged.
